Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. A direct message contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and we use that material to answer the request.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the site and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
Collected technical data supports operations, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Weber County and Utah offices, libraries, and third-party search services. Information sent to a linked service follows that service's privacy policy, not ours. The same rule applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data described in this policy. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are retained only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted such information so it can be removed.
Your Utah Privacy Rights
Utah's Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives eligible consumers rights that can include access, deletion of data they provided, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising or sale, subject to the law's thresholds and exemptions. We can check contact messages and available logs in response to a request made through the Contact page. Government records held by North Ogden, Weber County, or Utah agencies remain outside our control. Requests to protect or correct those records must go to the custodian.
